RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 weeks agoA. From the age of nine months onwards we recommended to start giving all the family food to the child and that is going to be healthy plus proteins you can give all kind of vegetarian proteins you can give egg yellow chicken and fish as well
