#asktheexperts Hi mam . Mera c sec (25- Nov- 19) mai hua tha .Mere periods irregular ho gye h after c-sec delivery . Till (Nov 20 ), mujhe bs 2-3 br hi period aye the . And uske baad Last period mujhe( 1 feb,21)0 ko aye the. Baby feeding b band h 4 -5 months se . Mera weight b loose nhi ho rha. Ulta incre ho gya. Thyroid , Hb , Diabetes sab thek h . please Help and Guide

reduce your sugar and fat intake.
walk for half an hour daily.
sometimes irregular periods are linked with more weight.
make sure you are not having any discharge issues
