#asktheexperts hi mam, Iam a mom of 50 days old boy. My delivery was normal delivery. Since 1st day of my delivery to till am getting my periods. there is an any issue. due to that reason it can affect my milk supply as low.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good afternoon there is nothing to worry about I would recommend you to make sure that you are having Himalaya shatavri with milk twice in a day this will help to make sure that you have sufficient milk supply
