#asktheexperts Hi mam I am thinking to start solids to my baby which food is good for 6 months babies .can you share food chart so that I can follow.

Hi mommy Give solid food after six months Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
