If your child is eating well despite of that your child is not gaining weight then it’s time for you to see your doctor because your child is about 5 to 6 kg under weight and it is a matter of concerns of the doctor has to evaluate your child but on the other hand I would definitely suggest you to put your child into good physical sports or activity
