#asktheexperts hi ma'am my son is 8 days old. and after feeding him in the morning he gets enough milk but when in the evening the milk is not at all present for feeding. could you please suggest us the food to increase the milk of the mother?

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 7 m old boy8 hours agoA. Hey! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. The more your baby takes in your breast milk directly the better should be the supply. Consult a lactation specialist for suitable guidance.
