It is because of BCG vaccination which is completely normal to be seen right now now it is going to burst out so what you can do is you can burst it on your own by puncturing it pressing it and then you clean it with beta liquid and then you can apply beta Dean ointment and leave it open otherwise you can check with your doctor also
