Q.

#asktheexperts hi ma'am I am mother of a 4 month old baby ... I had a normal delivery ... My episiotomy stitches were fine, but there are two small points in which the pus flows with pain ... When I approached the doctor he said it might be a thread allergy, I took several antibiotics .... yet I sometimes get pain and a small drop of pus.

A. I think you must clean the stitches regularly and apply some anti fungal powder to keep it dry

A. hi dear Four-month-olds have pretty good head control while sitting supported, and they can hold their head and chest upright while lying on their stomach during tummy time. They also can kick and push with their feet. Some babies have even figured out how to roll from tummy to back at this point.
