#asktheexperts Hi Just wanted to check if the menstrual cycle affects the production of milk? I've been taking lactare tablet but isn't helping my milk supply was good before this.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 1 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good afternoon !! Its a myth that restart of periods reduces milk production .
The reason might be either baby growing the supply is insufficient or nutritional deficiency or body factors.
By having lactating food will help in good milk production.
Milk,diary products,papaya,chikoo,rusk,bread toast ,garlic milk,garlic in curries .
