#asktheexperts hi !! I m struggling to in loosing weight, pls suggest me how I can reduce my weight.

A. Hello mom please don’t loose hope keep on trying, you may be mindful of what you are consuming and prefer to avoid too much of sugary, processed and refined foods, also get yourself involved in some form of physical activity as such as well , for atleast 30 to 45 mins daily.
