SMMom of a 3 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. No need to worry even if takes around 7 days to poop. We have to be concerned only when the baby is not urinating or sweating. Try to do bicycle exercise and belly massage daily before bath.

It is normal for the baby to not pass motion freely even for up to one week if the baby is on breastfeeding so no need to worry . if it is above one week or baby s in trouble then you can apply glycerine suppository for easy motion of the baby . no syrup for medicine is given orally till 2 years of age for constipation by self as not recommended.

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. As the only foods infants take us either breastmilk Or formula milk, it gets digested easily and comes out in the form of urine and sweat. Therefore, even if baby dies not poop for 7-8 days, it is fine. As long as he passes urine regularly and is active, there is no need to be concerned about it.
