A. Hello mom by now the baby should be on your feed and solids as well , offer her variety and different food groups , add flavours to it . They will accept it , at times some foods from your plate can be given to them . Make their meal time fun and interesting as well , it would be helpful while feeding such as reading some age appropriate books, singing , engaging them in some toys etc
