Q.

#asktheexperts hi Dr. my baby is 284 days(9months old). I'm giving her Breastmilk and 2 solids a day. I'm an IT employee and resuming back to work from home. can i start to introduce cow's milk - packet milk for my baby? if so how and in what form.

A. good morning it can be given in the form of porridge if you are wearing it very properly for some time and a very small quantity however giving independently any kind of animal milk can be done only after completion of 12 months
