Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application.
they will persist for few weeks ancd then will go away
if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation.

some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. Please get it checked. It can be some deficiency too. If it continues, I feel It's better to check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now
