#asktheexperts Hi Dr, My 3.5 months old daughters vaccination is running 1 month late as per the scheduled vaccination plan because of her not being fit as she was hospitalized fr infection a month back.. is it ok

A. there should not be a problem if you postpone it for maximum one month but after that it is not advisable because the child become susceptible to the vaccine preventable disease. try to get a vaccination as early as spossible for first one year to 2 year of age. except one or two vaccines almost all vaccine can be given at any age and the advantage of the vaccine starts when it is givean to the child. meet your doctor who will tell you which vaccines can be given at this age as well as whether any booster dosage is required or not.

A. hi parent yes it's ok please consult your pediatrician and let her administer the future vaccination schedule take sunbathing daily keep her well hydrated
