A. It could be due to disturbance in hormones also I would suggest you to go for a CBC for your child apart from ultrasound so know if there’s any other issue that can be detected in CBC which will be very helpful because of the child is constantly complaining it could be associated with some disturbance and hormones gut issues digestion but since you’ve got an ultrasound and you should also get a CBC done
