A. yes, Start by offering small amounts of semi solid food once a day.. preffer day time to feed. Follow three day rule. Give mashed boiled Moong Daal, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge. Give vegetables such as pumpkin, beet root, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree, and fruits puree of pears, avocado, apple, ripe banana, papaya

A. Fruits can be given in the form of juices or milkshakes, for vegetables you can give as soups or even add veggies to sambar or other curry as well.. Slowly introduce to them as snacks with the combination fo fruits. They may start liking it.You can nuts to your little one. Nuts powder can be made homemad added to milk, juice or even in foods. That's so healthy. Dates syrup is also very good and healthy. You may give avocado that's is loaded with lots of benefits and helps in healthy weight gain
