#asktheexperts hi dr actually I want u ask u Abt my daughter she is 4yrs old from 4days she didn't do potty daily she is crying for potty but I think potty was hard dats y she is not doing any medicine is der for her

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 8 m old boy1 week agoA. Hello mama Increase the water intake and include fiber rich food in diet like papaya pear plum prunes carrots Dalia cabbage palak guava etc to give relief from constipation. u can give muout powder if required.
