RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 months agoA. It should be somewhere around 4 1/2 ML. —5ML of medicine that can be given to the child three times in the day or four times in the day actually with the gap of six hours each and you can give it for initial 72 hours if the fever is not in control
