#asktheexperts hi doctor what are the symptoms of autism and speech delay my son is 23 months he is speaking few words up to 25 to 30 words but not in sentence is he having autism and also he will not mingle with other children as well

Autistic kids basically when you see is they don’t respond to their name they don’t make an eye contact that is busy in their own world they respond to rhymes and all of them have heard more on YouTube on your phone apart from that if they’re speaking well there is no problem they do not frame sentences it is also not like that because kids learn to frame sentences over the period it has got no connection being autistic or not so to look for the primary symptoms if you think any of those things are there then you should consult the doctor doctor
