A. Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symptgyomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allerdgic medications

A. no it appears to be allergic cough/cold. they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning. requires examination and start anti allergic medicines. meet dr and prevent such temperaturef variations. there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhalerf therapy or nebulization. when allergies are not controlled they can lead to intermittent respiratory infections which needs other medicine
