s madaanMom of a 9 yr 8 m old girl3 years agoA. it happens basically when you have deficiency of zinc and magnesium in your body so try to end sure that you are taking food which are rich source of zinc at least in which nuts are very important apart from this you should also include green leafy vegetables and take a lot of water
