you can give foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer
then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd.
later mashed paneer.
consistency of food should be like that of ghee
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups. Squeeze lemon in baby's food for iron absorption.
start with 3-4 tsp and then about half katori per meal about 2 to 3 meals per day.
give 1 food for about 3-6 days for baby to accept and to see how baby tolerates it.

remember one new food one at a time
as you start with cerelac give one spoon then after 3 to 4 days two spoon then after 3 to 4 days three spoon
in similar way once a day then twice then three times a day
