Breast milk is the recommended source of hydratio and nutrition for infants, especially during the first six months of life.

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom.. not needed. baby should be exclusively breast fed till six months. post six months you can start with solids and water and not before that. breast milk is sufficient to meet all nutritional requirements of baby till six months. breast milk keeps baby well hydrated as it has water in it.
