#asktheexperts Hi Doctor, my newborn has congestion in nose for which I m using nasal drops n doctor said that it will remain same until 6 months. Any way to get rid of it. He has stuffy nose n not runny nose with sneezes and with congestion he coughs around 0 to 4 times in a hour

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 8 m old girl3 weeks agoA. You can give steam to the child indirectly if the cold has been persistent then check with your doctor to try taking homeopathic treatment sometimes nasal congestion is common with kids in an early age but eventually gets better over the period
