It is powder then you can give like half a teaspoon and if it is in the form of syrup then about 10 drops can be given to the child but if you’re not certain about the dose in the medicine I recommend to give something which is more reliable and suggested by the doctor which I can suggest you Entrogermina and check with the nearest doctor if you have a possibility to go to OPD right now
