#asktheexperts Hi doctor My daughter is not eating well. I am trying to stop breastfeeding but am not able to. She has lost around 1 kg in the last one month. Although she is active, I can feel she has become weak. Suggest me what to feed her.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 month agoA. hi dear mum , focus shd now b on balanced home diet so b firm n consistent in ur decision to stop breastfeed drop one day feed at a time replace with ur love in other ways cuddle , story , snack, play night feed is last to go build bed time routine other than breastfeed
