#asktheexperts Hi doctor my daughter is 3months.She gets hiccups so many times a day. when she passes urine or when she is making sound she starts getting hiccups. We have tried to burp her everytime after feeding and inbetween as well. kindly advice.

Sneha PuruswaniMom of 2 children3 years agoA. It's normal in hiccups are quite common in babies so don't worry just put the baby on your shoulders and pat the baby's back gently or rub the baby's back.. also not to worry as it's also as the baby's digestive system is still in the development stage
but if it's in excess please consult a pediatrician and he will guide you better
