#asktheexperts Hi doctor my daughter is 22 months old still she hasn't started to talk she says only maa paa that too is not clearly pronounced she understands only few suggest me doctor

A. this is sufficient. kids usually talk properly after completion of three years. so be patient every child is different and has different milestones. don't expect too much from your Lil one

A. Then if you want you can take an advice from a speech therapist because sometimes kids can delay a little bit into the speech but the doctor say take a Sim pick up by the time of three years of an a still if you feel that your child is not picking up due to any of the reasons then it would be good for you to get it examined with the doctor will have to check it personally if there is an issue or it is not an on that basis only they can help you with itWrite Your Answer Here
