#asktheexperts Hi doctor, My baby js 7 months old now. She was 3.4 kg at birth. Now she weighs around 7 kg. Her weight gain has slowed in last 2 months. She is otherwise active. Solid feeds have started. Can you please guide us on her weight and if there are ways to increase her weight?

Ma’am this is an average weight gain currently that your child has of course there is a scope of increment that can happen over the period with the diet that you give so try to include more of dairy products as well as usual should include more of proteins into the diet of your child that is going to be quite good for the kid
