#asktheexperts Hi doctor my baby is one year old he has not yet developed teeth. he is premature baby born at 34+ week

A. hello mam do not worry about this it is a natural process you can wait till the age of 18 months for the first tooth to appear in the mouth of the baby if there is no teeth by that time then you will have to visit a dentist regarding this

A. It Really doesn’t make a difference if your child was a preterm or full term child can have its teeth by the age of one year and five months so if your child doesn’t get a one single teeth by the age of one year and five months then you should consult a paediatric dentist but as of now it’s normal
