#AskTheExperts Hi doctor My baby is 4 months and my daughter is 7 years. I’m breast feeding my 4m baby. Had an unprotected sex . What measures do I have to take. How do I know whether pregnant . Started taking cerazette from next day. I don’t get my periods as I’m breast feeding. Kindly doctor advise.

It is advisable to consult your doctor for safer contraceptive measures. Clarify all your concerns about this and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
