Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. for lactose intolerance you will have to give lactose free milk to the child. it can be either soya milk (isomil / zerolac) or milk preparations which ddoes not contain lactose. meet your doctor who can guide you regarding the available prepaxrations. if the child is having dehydration you can give ors also.

It can be quite a problem because sometimes this problem can stay with a child for rest of its life so it is better to go ahead with taking a homeopathic treatment for the child as of now because it’s a small age if you pick up on the treatment right now it is going to be very helpful
