#asktheexperts Hi Doctor my age is 29 and I have 2 kids my height is 150cm and my weight is 69 kg so I am under over weigh can you suggest me the diet plan to reduce my weight

A. you have to do moderate exercises to lose weight brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrates lot of protein lot of water to drink green leafy vegetables

A. hi mam, start doing exercises or yoga regularly. eat couple of bites less than usual. prefer fiber rich diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more drink plenty of fluids.
