#asktheexperts hi doctor my 10 years old boy has only 20kg weight and 120cm height. he is studying in 5th grade, he is the smallest in his class, but he is very much active in physical activity as well as study. he is a picky eater too. kindly suggest something to improve his health.

A. hello mom first of all make sure that child is not having any deficiency otherwise u can start with multivitamins also height is hereditary with good diet and physical activities he will be fine with time
