#asktheexperts hi doctor, my 1 year old preterm (33 week) baby doesn’t crawled yet. He sit long time without support but He doesnt sit from lying position. Now he tries to stand up and 3 times succeed . Anything to be concerned about it?

standing with support is usually achieved between 9 months of age to 12 months of age
and standing witchout support may be achieved between 9 months of age to 15 months of age.
kindly continue regular diet as well as baby massage which will help in strengthening the muscles of the body

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
