RashmiMom of a 11 yr 8 m old girl4 weeks agoA. You can take steam that is going to be quite helpful and you can take steam directly if you want apart from nebulising yourself with saline water is also going to be quite helpful for you to proceed with oth also consult your gynaecologist once
