#asktheexperts hi doctor.. I m mother of twins girls ( 22 months) weight 10.7 kg / 11.2 kg so my question is should I give her cheese (cube). is it ok nd good for her health

A. Please can be given from the age of eight month itself it’s healthy to be given but in moderation so of course you can give cheese cube or slice whatever your preferences whatever your kids like to have happily
