#asktheexperts hi doctor. I have 1yr. 9 month baby boy. after postpartum m feeling pain on my back like regularly. Now these days I can realizing that the cause of the backache is my heavy bust. after 1 month of giving birth i couldn't able to feed mothermilk to my baby. he was on formula milk. Doc. can you please suggest me any cream to reduce or tightening cream for bust. and please suggest me what should i do .

Consult your your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Try Yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health.
