#AskTheExperts hi doctor, how to safely stop breast feeding as my baby is turning 2 next month.

The best and the correct way is to go ahead with introducing a complimentary feeding whatever you would want to continue with now and slowly gradually reduce down onto your breast feeding let initially you can start with one time in the day then two times in the day that is the correct way as this way slowly or body will also stop making sufficient amount of milk and will dry up completely
