#asktheexperts Hi Doctor, Good Morning my baby is 6 months old, he is fighting to sleep at nights, I can see that he is very light sleeper, would turn sides, sleep on stomach he will do all other things but sleep, how to make him sound sleep.

A. Hello good morning !! Moving,rolling over or taking feed while sleeping all are counted as sound sleeping hours no need to worry. On an average 14-18 hours sleep a day is must for infants as the baby is a light sleeper make sure there is pleasant surroundings with no noise which helps in sound sleep.
