#asktheexpert Hi My daughter is over 9 months now she already had loose motions for 2 weeks we can see her teeth inside the gum however it has not cut yet. Also she is not able to sleep at nights and has become fussy please suggest. She is fighting her sleep even when over tired. please suggest. Thank you !

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenterjlritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucrous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

A. Massage gun with a soft and wet clothes for the child that’s going to be helpful along with that having irritation in grams is very normal during this time so you can ask your doctor advise you with a gel that you can apply regularly this is going to give a better relief to your child
