#AsktheExperts Hi Doctor am having the pain in upper abdomen I think it is a gastric if that is the case can I take gastric related tonic or tablets? I have tried hot water with jeera but still the pain is there. Am breastfeeding mother and my baby is 4 months 12 days old

A. no problem in during home remedies for gastric issue is still it is persistent better to consult a doctor For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. Thanks for your reply doctor however i have taken Eno and Rantac tablet as the pain is unbearable is this effect on my baby as well?

A. Hello dear parent, I would suggest you to kindly consult with your doctor and then take any medicine required. Because Uou are a breast feeding you should always take medicines but with doctor's prescription only. As your intake of medicines can affect the breast milk also.
