Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it can be because of hormonal imbalance It is quite common that in small babies the head will be having largest surface area naturally there is more blood supply to the head similarly both palms and soles will be having more blood supply they are warmer for feeling it is not fever no need of any medicines And they will be sweating also to regulate body temperature

please do meditation
please take well balance diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well
please take daily sun light exposure
