#asktheexperts Hi doc, my baby is 20 months old now, but still he doesn't talk properly, he is mostly making sounds ooooo oooo to refer to something, pointing at something, only communicates with sounds. Is this normal?

Is your child actually understanding everything that you are saying is your child able to follow the simple commands that you give because if there’s only delay in the speech that can be taken care of with a speech therapist and if you want further you can check with your doctor on that
