#asktheexperts hi doc am mother of 5 and half month baby girl ...I breast feed my baby ..I got my period 2 days ago and I feel that bm is not sufficient.. I feel light I think my baby is not getting enough of milk ...what should I do

A. Hello mom Periods doesn’t affect breastfeeding at all and you should not worry about it at all. If you are having periods then also you can continue breastfeeding your baby it will not affect your breast milk and the nutrition’s baby is getting through your milk. If you are not getting sufficient milk then in such case you can start giving formula milk to you baby
