#asktheexperts hi can we feed cow milk or buffalo milk to 1 year baby which one is good if so what would be the ML to be fed daily

A. Stick to 500 ML and avoid giving more than that to the child you should focus more on the food that you are giving you can give buffaloes milk I feel that’s much better to be given and actually kids accepted easy as compared to cow milk
