A. Thank you so much for your response. I have one more concern please guide. I am giving my baby Amul spray due to its nutritional value is it ok?? He is passing stools 4 times a day semi solid at starting and at end bit of watery. Doctor has given syrup flagyl. I have concern is it due to milk or teething.

A. yes you will have to continue that supplement for at least 3 to 5 months and get the child evaluated by the pediatrician as when you have to decrease the dosage or stop the dosage of medicine the child is suffering from anaemia due to iron deficiency so you'll have to give food which is rich in iron and like cereals pulses apple banana as well as green leafy vegetables and beetroot. also you will have to start iron supplements and it would consist of iron folic acid and vitamin b12 and take follow up every month with the doctor .
