ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you must try to increase it by estimate eating wel ok. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress
