Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy5 hours agoA. Hey! The more your baby takes in your breastmilk directly, the better Milk supply. Include methi, roasted Makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult a lactation specialist for further guidance.
